RETURN POLICY
We do not offer refunds (unless item received is damaged). See drop down item below for information on damaged items.
Returns must be processed via email only. Please send us an email at arloboutique452@gmail.com with your order number and item(s) you wish to return.
All eligible items must be returned with tags attached, unworn, and are subject to inspection. All items in our sale section, jewelry, hats, mittens, toques, scarves, face masks, belts, towels, blankets, swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, cosmetics and gift certificates cannot be returned — no exceptions.
Eligible items may be returned back to us for exchange or store credit within 14 days of the day they were delivered to you.
You can mail back items, or you can bring them to our Calgary returns location at Suite 200, 1001 1st Street SE, Calgary, AB T2G 5G3 after you have emailed us and received a Return Authorization email – see How To Return An Item process here. Note: Your return will not be processed upon arrival. This is a returns only drop off point.
EXCHANGES
Once we have received your return back, and it has been processed, you will be emailed a store credit, which you can then use to place a new order.
