A: We ship to anywhere in Canada and the US. We offer fast and reliable shipping to ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner.

A: Our shipping rates start at $10 for orders within Canada, and $15 for orders within the United States. We offer free shipping for orders over $150. See our shipping rates here.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that we do not offer refunds, except in the case of damaged items.
If you need to make a return, please contact us via email at email@example.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Eligible items must be returned with tags attached, unworn, and are subject to inspection.
If you are eligible to make a return, you may do so for exchange or store credit within 14 days of the date of delivery. You may mail the items back to us or bring them to our returns location in Calgary.
After we receive your eligible return and process it, we will send you an email containing a store credit. You can use this credit to place a new order on our website.
