- E-mail email@example.com and explain why you want to return or exchange the item. We will notify you when your return has been approved. Note: We must receive your item(s) back within 14 days of the day it was delivered to you. If we receive it outside the 14 day window, cannot process the exchange or issue store credit, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
- Drop off your securely sealed return package at any shipping location. Please note, you will be responsible for return shipping. If you receive a defective item we will reimburse you for the shipping costs.
- As soon as we receive your return, we will process it promptly and contact you via e-mail. We'll take it from there, and get you set up with an online store credit to use towards a future purchase.
